Extremely dissatisfied with the service I received as a patient of over 12 years. My front tooth crown broke in July of 2023 and Dr. Cutino made a 3D printed porcelain crown to fix it. Soon after he replaced it, the new crown broke within a week. While removing the new 3D printed crown, I was in extreme pain and verbal about it. He put a new one (2nd 3D printed) and within 2 weeks it was broken as was the existing tooth in my gum. He pulled the previous off so hard it fractured. Not once since this incident has the office called to follow up to see how I was. When calling the office I was only told that they gave me a deal because he created a flapper (fake tooth) to cover the gap in my front teeth. Come to find out, they stopped working with my insurance as well without letting me know. (they are not a preferred provider, as they were in years past). I am not seeking reparations from this review, but to make people aware of the lack of concern, follow up, and even a care that they left a long time patient without a front tooth! They did refer me to an implant specialist, that upon diligence as the patient, found they do not accept my insurance as well, and were charging me an astronomical amount to do the to surgery alone.I also had to get my sons 3 filings that he fixed done again within a year because they were done improperly.Do yourself a favor, dont go here.
Very happy with both my hygienist, Jennifer, and dentist, Dr. Cutino, and the folks at the front desk.Jennifer was very understanding and respectful of my desire to keep the X-rays to a minimum due to concerns with radiation exposure. She was quick, efficient and cared to explain what she was doing throughout. Dr. Cutino was friendly and honest. The ladies at the front desk are on top of things!Ill definitely going back to this dental office for future visits.A couple of things I wasnt a fan of: the air freshener in the waiting area is very strong. Parking was difficult, but they had an attendant to help. I was told to come in on either Mondays or Fridays when its least busy.
Dr. CUTINO gave me back my smile 10 years ago, I just went back 10 years after with a chip on my tooth and he is still incredible, he fixed the chip without a run around. I highly recommend him and his staff go above and beyond to make sure you leave with a beautiful smile.
Dr. Cutino was my first dentist in Miami and he’s been my only dentist in Miami! I’ve been coming to see him for 17 years between 2 offices. They’re honest people here and never recommend costly procedures you don’t need. The office pretty much always runs on time, which I value tremendously. I’m told my teeth look great!
Dr Cutino is amazing!!!!! My dad was visiting me from out of town and had an injury to his top and bottom teeth which made it impossible to eat. Dr Cutino was able to see him the same day we called. I cannot thank Dr Cutino and his staff enough. They took really good care of my father and explained to him the options and told us what to expect. I highly recommend this practice!!!
I took my minor son here, to Dr. Cutino. At the time my son had 10 cavities. Dr. Cutino fixed all 10 cavatiles in 2019. In 2020, my son began to have problems with his fillings. In 2020 three the of the fillings had fallen out. In 2022 my son went to a new dentist in Coral Gables. We learned that the 10 cavities were fixed improperly. The fillings were not sealed correctly and the decay from the original cavities was not properly cleaned and had destroyed more of the teeth. Therefore, my son had to have the original fillings removed and redone. This was at great expense and loss of my sons teeth quality.
Dr Cutino is Top Rated for Me and My Family! What a wonderful staff, bilingual and attentive. They have the greatest Hygenist and he is truly an Amazing Dentist. Thank you Dr Cutino💕
Lets set the record straight- I absolutely HATE going to the dentist. Its not a mild dislike or inconvenience. It is a strong and passionate hate. Because seriously, who likes having another persons hands in their mouth while struggling to keep themselves from drowning in spit or swallowing a bunch of blood? Dont even get me started on the drills and needles and sucker thing. Why am I including this in my review? Because today I had a filing done and although I was dreading it all day, I barely had to wait to see the doc and the procedure was literally painless and the entire process was ridiculously fast. Dr. Cutino is hands down THE BEST DENTIST I have been to in Miami. (And as a recognized and devoted chocolate addict, Ive been to quite a few). This man will not only care for your mouth, but for your pocket too. He is practical and funny and absolutely GREAT at that he does. I highly recommend you give Dr. Cutino a shot, because you wont even FEEL the one he gives you. Both he and his staff are a hidden gem in Miami. Thank you Dr. Cutino for being patient with me and for providing me with excellent service. YOU GUYS ROCK!
I have seen a number of dentists over the last four years. Dr. Cutino was the first to instill an appropriate sense of urgency in what has been a clear problem for years. Thanks to his candor I am on a plan to resolve something that could have resulted in my losing a tooth.He’s a no BS dentist, and I appreciate that.
Update: Was there again a few days ago! Stand by my review! Marisela not Marisol did a great job again with my cleaning and Dr. Cutino was great as always!BEST dental office ever! Thank you! See you again in 6 months! Marisol was the best dental hygenist ever. I love the new location! Whoever does the interior decorating - Kudos! You made it very cozy and comfy.
Dr Juan Cutino other than being the best dentist I have ever seen he is very honest which is hard to find. I’m happy my teeth are being taken care by a professional with high work ethics.I highly recommend him.
They are absolutely fabulous and so sensitive to me who was scared of novacaine and love that they remind you of your dental appointments by phone text.Mary
